    Description

    ExecuSource has partnered with a reputable construction company located in Dallas, TX in search for an Executive Assistant. We are looking for a candidate who has some tenure as an executive assistant to senior management. The best candidate is someone who is outgoing, friendly, approachable and isn't afraid to wear multiple hats. Schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM onsite and is a contract-to-hire position which will go permanent at 90 days. Compensation is $43/hr through the duration of the contract.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide professional customer service as the primary point of contact for correspondence with senior management and leadership.
    • Deliver executive-level administrative support, ensuring confidentiality and effective communication.
    • Manage and coordinate senior management's calendar, including meeting agendas, events, and logistics.
    • Stay informed about business operations, offering support for decision-making and business goal achievement.
    • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills, keeping executives informed of office operations and changes.
    • Attend and manage executive/senior leadership meetings, documenting and following up on action items.
    • Prepare executive summaries, reports, and presentations, assembling documents to support commitments.
    • Handle daily executive activities, including travel reservations and itinerary preparation.
    • Collaborate with EH&S teams for safety-related matters and proactively engage in business unit initiatives.
    • Establish SOP for role, contributing ideas for continuous improvement and adherence to company culture.
    • Support DE&I activities and champion the Administrative Services (AS) team within designated location(s).
    • Serve as a Development Partner (DP) for employees within the job family.

    Qualifications:

    • Associate's Degree from an accredited program with a minimum of 12 years of executive/administrative experience or equivalent.
    • Administrative Certification desired; commitment to continuous learning.
    • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
    • Proactive, positive, and professional approach with high standards of accountability and integrity.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage competing projects with tight deadlines.
    • Politically savvy, with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, collaboration tools, and database management.
    • Supervisory/management experience and Notary Public commission desired.
