    Therapist - PACT (PCLC, LCPC, SWLC, LCSW)

    Full-time / Exempt / Great Falls

    Licensed Therapist salary: $66,081.60

    Practitioner in Training Therapist salary: $57,720.00

    Salary includes differential pay.

    Job Duties:

    1.Performs professional counseling work with mentally and emotionally disturbed individuals, families, and groups in a mental health setting.

    2. Performs counseling duties within a multi-disciplinary team in a nontraditional setting. provides individual supportive therapy and symptom management, ensuring immediate changes are made in the treatment plans as clients' needs change, educating and supporting clients' families, and advocating for clients' rights and preferences.

    3. Conducts comprehensive assessment of psychiatric history (e.g., onset, course and effect of illness, past treatment and responses, and risk behaviors), physical health and dental health; use of drugs or alcohol; education and employment; social development and functioning; activities of daily living (e.g., self-care, living situation, nutrition, money management) (attached); and family structure and relationships.

    4. Provides direct clinical services to clients on an individual, group, and family basis in the office and in community settings to teach behavioral symptom management techniques to alleviate and manage symptoms not reduced with medication and to promote personal growth and development by assisting clients to adapt to and cope with internal and external stresses.

    5. Provides individual supportive therapy (e.g., problem solving, role playing, modeling, and support), social skill development, and assertiveness training to increase client social and interpersonal activities in community settings.

    6. Maintains complete clinical records on all clients in accordance with MRWH policies. Initiates and maintains relationships in coordination with other employees, with law enforcement and other human service agencies, and with informal community resources (e.g., landlords and employers).

    7. Performs emergency services both during and after normal work hours and performs on-call duty for crisis intervention and for staff supervision and consultation.

    8. Weekend rotation work is required for medication delivery (Team rotation about once every 12 weeks).

    9. Reports to PACT Team Lead.

    Qualifications: Graduation from a college or university with a Master's degree in counseling that leads to Montana licensure as an LCSW or LCPC. One year's experience in psychiatric social work preferred. Licensed LCPC or LCSW is preferred. Must have personal vehicle as travel is required as well as a valid MT Driver's License and vehicle insurance.

    $4,000 Sign on Bonus

    Salary Wage Unlicensed : $57, DOE
