    Spherion Staffing has an opening in the Detroit Lakes area for an experienced General Manager. The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant by effectively managing all areas of operations, including staff management, customer service, financial performance, and compliance with company standards and policies. The GM must lead by example, fostering a positive work environment while driving
    performance and achieving business objectives

    Salary $50-65k/year DOE

    Responsibilities:
    -As a General Manager you will be challenged to exceed the expectations of the guests by delivering Product and Service standards of operation
    -Provide overall restaurant leadership by recognizing the importance of employee engagement to guest satisfaction, motivating team members, coaching, and training the team for operational excellence
    -Drive store level profitability and sales goals by controlling food and labor costs
    -Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
    -Schedule shifts, manage payroll, and monitor employee performance
    -Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
    -Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
    -Implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience and customer satisfaction
    -Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and quality control
    -Monitor food preparation, presentation, and service to maintain high standards
    -Develop and manage budgets, forecasting sales, expenses, and labor costs
    -Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and licensing requirements
    -Uphold food safety protocols and oversee regular inspections and audits

    Working hours: Various Shifts Available

    Skills:
    College Degree, preferred
    -3-5 years of Restaurant Management experience, preferred

    Bachelors

    Experience:
    1-4 years

    Qualifications:
    -High School graduate or equivalent
    -Must have a passion for leading and developing people
    -Must have a proven record of management, communication, and organizational skills
    -Must have the ability to prioritize multiple situations
    -Effective communicator, and listener with good oral and written communication skills
    -Proficient in basic computer skills
    -Possess business acumen
