    Provide front-line customer service and multi-tasking functions that may include: greeting visitors and callers, answering questions about licenses and related fees, along with accessing the relevant rules and regulations.

    Perform a variety of office support functions such as generating labels, forms, and routine letters; verifying completeness of applications and forms; maintaining record systems.

    Process permits, licenses and registrations for customersRespond in writing to requests for pertinent program information.
    Process mail and distribute, prepare Certified Mail and packages.

    Upload documents into application portalAssist customers via in person, phone, email, and mailMail out fingerprint cardsInput data from fingerprint cards receivedInput results and send reports to licensure teamFollow confidential records management and distribution of documentsMinimum Qualifications:
    Experience monitoring a records system to identify and correct errors.
    Experience researching a variety of sources to resolve problems.
    Experience interpreting, explaining and applying regulations, laws, or complex policies to carry out assignments.
    Experience entering and retrieving data using a computerized records system.


    MQ Specialty:
    Experience using word processing software to create and modify documents

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Fluency in speaking Spanish and English
