- Manage financial records and transactions using QuickBooks.
- Assist with contract evaluation and documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office software.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience using QuickBooks
- College degree (bachelor's degree preferred)
- Strong reading and writing skills.
- Proficiency in contract evaluation and documentation
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
