We are seeking a full-time, experienced

Project Superintendent MEP Engineer

with commercial interior and infrastructure experience to join our team in Delaware.
This position is responsible for major infrastructure projects that include heavy mechanical and electrical work.

Cross Management Corp. is an NYC based Construction Management/General Contracting company. Our projects include high-end commercial interior work as well as new construction and infrastructure upgrades.

Responsibilities include:
Lead daily field operations to guarantee proper site safety, construction, quality control, and a clean site at all times
Daily interaction with Project Managers, Architects, Project Engineers, Clients, and/or Client Representatives
Develop a com
Manager to ensure timeliness of submittals and procurement of materials for the project accordingly with the schedule
Monitor costs, such as labor time, material, containers
Communicate and maintain relationships with subcontractors
Assist in preparing cost estimates for change order work
Must have a record of managing complex projects
Maintenance of Daily Log

Requirements for this position include:
Bachlors degree on Engineering 7 years minimum experience
MEP Background
Complete understanding of project strategy including scheduling, logistics, financial goals, phasing
Work with Project as a superintendent for GC
Bachelor's Degree with focus on engineering
Efficiently multitask
Experience managing subcontractors
