GMF Steel Group is actively seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as welders. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about working with steel and are eager to contribute to our dynamic and innovative environment.

Whether you are a seasoned professional or new to the industry, we are committed to helping you enhance your skills and pursue your interests. Training will be provided as necessary to support your growth within our company. For experienced fitters, we have positions available with competitive pay rates to start.

At GMF, we value employee engagement and offer merit incentives to all welders. This includes a $180 monthly bonus for the first 90 days, followed by our standard production incentive.

We expect candidates to prioritize safety and uphold GMF's high standards at all times.

Salary Range:

$16 - $25 per hour
Compensation based on individual experience

Hours:

Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Saturdays: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Work schedule may vary based on workload

Qualifications:

Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and weld tests
Physical stamina to fulfill job duties
