    Job Description

    Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for the professional and efficient management of a variety of clerical duties that support the food safety team.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Manages clerical tasks to include sorting and filing of daily documentation.
    • Data entry into spreadsheets and distribution as needed
    • Categorizes, labels, and prepares prior years paperwork to be sent to offsite storage and coordinates pickup of said paperwork by Iron Mountain
    • Packaging-Box Inventory management
    • Maintains a thorough working knowledge of and adheres to organization / project policies, regulations, and procedures.
    • Keeps immediate supervisor well-informed of activities, results of efforts and problems identified / potential problems; recommends corrective actions to immediate supervisor.
    • Respects confidentiality in discussing consumer, staff, and organizational matters.
    • Reports to work regularly and on time.
    • Performs routine office tasks necessary for the operation and presentation of a professional office as observed by the supervisor.
    • Assists in other duties as needed and directed.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma – Required
    • Further Education and/or Training Preferred
    • Work background in a fast-paced business office setting is essential.
    • Valid driver's license
