Case Manager

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Case Manager to join our team at JRI-Inc. This role is perfect for individuals who share our passion for early childhood development and supporting young families.

About the Role:

• This position will provide home-visiting services to assigned families, managing a caseload of up to 15 families per week or bi-weekly.
• The Case Manager will work closely with community agencies to support the unique needs of each individual family.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly young parents. A strong understanding of child development principles, parenting skills, and financial literacy is essential. The successful candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish fluently.
Beyond providing direct service delivery, this role also includes participation in weekly supervision meetings with your supervisor as well as regular team meetings within your program unit.
