    Architectural Fiberglass, Inc. (AFI) is a leading manufacturer of custom fiberglass products with over 20 years of experience in design and manufacture.

    We are seeking Grinders/Sanders Employees to support our growth and contribute to the production of high-quality decorative fiberglass reinforced polymer ornamentation.

    This role requires experience using electric or air power tools, which we will train on other aspects of the job. Ideal candidates are organized, self-motivated, and possess excellent communication skills.

    The responsibilities include cutting or sanding fiberglass flanges or run-offs, sanding or grinding fiberglass thickness for proper fitment, participating in quality inspection and repair of units, and maintaining a clean work area.

    We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation, holidays, bonuses, medical insurance, bereavement pay, retirement fund with company match, on-site training, and annual employee appreciation events.

    $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
