- 40-60 minute treatments blocks (diagnosis dependent)
- Majority of visits are 60 minutes with the exception of tradition pediatric orthopedic referrals for conditions such as knee pain, hip pain, low back pain, etc.
- Salary range: $90,000-$102,000 (depending on experience and production capacity)
- Annual production bonus incentives structure and/or student-loan reimbursement

About Us
Balance Physical Therapy & Human Performance Center, Inc. strives to be the most patient-focused, result-oriented rehabilitation facility on the Central Coast of California. Be part of a growing out-of-network practice that is 100 percent owned by physical therapists. We have grown from two locations to six locations in the past 2 years. We seek energetic, community-minded PTs and PTA's (full-time or part-time) with original ideas about providing hands-on service as special and unique as the patients we serve. As a member of our collaborative clinical team, you'll have the opportunity to treat a wide variety of diagnoses (post-surgical and non-surgical) in an outpatient setting, working together in an environment that has a profound and positive impact on the lives of everyone we treat. Pediatrics
Balance Physical Therapy started offering pediatric services in 2023. Since starting our program it has grown and demand for services throughout the Monterey Bay Area has increased. We are looking to expand our reach with pediatrics at more locations with the right people who fit the culture at Balance Physical Therapy.
