StretchMed Arlington, Belmont, Medford, Cambridge and Andover are seeking personal trainers, physical therapists, and massage therapists

We are currently hiring Stretch therapist positions for our Belmont studio

This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the wellness industry by storm.

StretchMeds proprietary Training Program (CST) ensures that our clients receive a world class stretching session.

Our ownership team has over 20 years of fitness and wellness experience as well as a strong background in Kinesiology and Exercise science. Furthermore, along with corporate training we also have our own inhouse training, helping each individual be the best therapist they can be

This means you will truly be part of an exceptional team that takes pride in what we do

STRETCH THERAPIST POSITION

Your Day-to-Day: A Blend of Passion and Purpose

• Lead personalized stretching sessions that not only provide physical relief but also spiritual upliftment.
• Cultivate a warm, committed community within StretchMed, ensuring a loyal and satisfied clientele.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, turning each stretch into a step toward overall well-being.
• Act as a StretchMed ambassador, engaging with our community both online and offline to share the transformative power of stretching.
• Maintain a clean and inviting studio space, optimizing the environment for transformative experiences
• Build our membership and retain current clientele.
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
• Handle member concerns when applicable.
• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
• Assist sales associates, General Manager or Owner with studio tour, offsite events, and sales as needed.
• Ensure the safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques
• Maintain and help with a strong social media presence to client membership and retention.
• The ideal background for a Stretch Therapist includes Personal Trainers, Fitness Professionals, Massage therapists, Certified Yoga/Pilates/Barre Instructors, Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapist Aids, etc.

A degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field is preferred.
