- Follow up with material internal process, coordinate the 1st level material management with supporting operation teams and end users.
- Maintain Sample Management System according to program schedule.
- Support material allocation.
- Support material leverage across sites/teams
- Operation admin support in PM team.
- Assist System Program Managers with various administrative and operational tasks needed to complete a project
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in program management operation support.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and Business Communication in English
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Knowledge of creating Power BI reports is an advantage
- Sense of teamwork spirit, responsibility, and proportion.
- Excellent organizational and analytical project skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a high sense of urgency
- Demonstrated ability to work independently under tight deadlines with changing business and technical conditions
