URGENT HIRE: Mandarin-Speaking CNA / HHA / PCA

Location: Northern Virginia – Fairfax & surrounding areas
Virginia Home Care Services, Inc. is urgently hiring a Mandarin-speaking caregiver to provide compassionate, in-home care to clients in Northern Virginia. If you are a CNA, HHA, or PCA who is dedicated, reliable, and fluent in Mandarin, we would love to hear from you.
Position Details
- Position: CNA / HHA / PCA (Mandarin speaking required)
- Location: Fairfax, VA and surrounding Northern Virginia areas
- Schedule: Flexible shifts available (day, evening, and weekends)
- Pay Rate: Competitive pay based on experience

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and professional care in clients' homes
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation)
- Communicate effectively with clients and families in Mandarin
- Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions
- Maintain a safe and clean home environment
Requirements
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia
- Fluent in Mandarin (required)
- Current TB/PPD and CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation within Northern Virginia
- Strong communication skills and a caring, positive attitude
