Description

• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand the product and define key research needs
• Independently develop and execute research roadmaps
• Conduct endtoend user research and translate insights into actionable product recommendations
• Work closely with product designers to help optimize feature designs and flows based on research insights
• Collaborate with other UXR to help form the strategic vision for the CAE team and the larger Facebook Monetization org

• Experience conducting UX research (usability tests, concept tests, indepth interviews, diary studies, surveys, etc.) with a high degree of rigor and quality
• Experience working with crossfunctional teams and influencing product design
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially the ability to communicate research insights to nonresearchers
• Ability to work autonomously to define research needs, plan studies, and deliver insights in a timely manner
• Experience within the ads/monetization space is a plus

• BA/BS in a human behavior related field, such as humancomputer interaction, psychology, sociology, communication, information science, media studies, computer science, or economics.
