The company I'm working with specializes in designing systems and manufacturing processes for the largest Automotive manufacturers in the world.

Having experience in supply chain management and industry 4.0, they're looking for Engineers who want to join a business and grow up the career ladder.

The Role
As an Industrial Engineer, you can expect the following roles;

ø Working with clients to understand the end result and the flow expectations of the manufacturing line.
ø Creating designs to give a layout of parts incoming, line diagrams.
ø Optimizing workflow and manufacturing solutions to obtain the best yield for production.
ø Working with Sales in helping to create and present proposals.

Ideal Candidate
To be considered for the Industrial Engineer position, you should have the following skillset;

ø 2+ years working as an Industrial or Manufacturing engineer.
ø Ability to use AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Access.
ø Previous experience analyzing and understanding PFEP data.
ø Experience in Material Flow diagrams.

The Package
The client I'm working with is offering a great benefits package including;

ø Base salary $70,000 to $95,000, along with a quarterly and annual bonus.
ø 15 days PTO and standard company holidays.
