- Lead continuous improvement to increase quality and operational excellence
- Initiate new projects and be the Project Leader for major improvement areas
- Apply statistical methods to improve manufacturing requirements and potential
- Supervise other Engineering personnel
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience
- Textile experience (preferably sutures and/or braiding)
- Experience leading projects in former roles
