    Job Description:
    We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects from conception to completion. They will possess exceptional leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


    Responsibilities:
    Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
    Lead project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure successful project delivery.
    Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
    Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track.
    Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure projects meet or exceed their requirements.
    Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
    Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
    Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, budget, and milestones.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
    Minimum of 5 years

    of experience in commercial construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage project teams effectively.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
    Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Procore, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
    Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
    PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
