    Job Summary:

    Dexian is seeking an IT HelpDesk for an opportunity with a client located in Des Moines, IA.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide phone, chat, email, and in-person support for hardware and software issues, including PFG-specific applications
    • Password support, laptop replacements, imaging laptops, data migration, inventory management, and following inventory processes
    • Utilize Cherwell, Jira, Confluence, LogMeIn, Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, mainframe, Bomgar chat, and other various tools
