    **SUPERVISOR/DRIVER Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport - PHX - Full-Time**

    Smarte Carte, Inc. is the leading concessionaire of self-serve vended luggage carts, electronic lockers, commercial strollers and massage chairs, as well as other passenger and guest services.

    Smarte Carte is headquartered in St. Paul, MN and has operations in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Sweden, and Singapore.

    **ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

    Supervise cart associates throughout the airport. Monitor cart usage and provide reports as needed.

    Move carts between the terminals using a pickup truck and trailer (class C license).

    Train associates how to move carts by hand and with mechanized equipment.

    Manually move carts throughout departures, baggage claim, garage, and rental car center to our cart collection areas (vending units or cart track).

    Adhere to cart replenishment inventory protocol for rental mechanized equipment.

    Perform routine cleaning of carts, CMUs, EQRs, cart tracks, locks, keys, and moving equipment.

    Learn and practice safe work habits thus assuring safety to self, co-workers, company equipment, airport property, passengers and visitors.

    Ambassador Service to patrons purchasing luggage carts.

    General customer service to assist passengers navigating throughout the airport.

    Possess strong innate work habits and perform the job in an honest, reliable, and a professional manner.

    Effectively communicate with peers, maintenance and management to improve business operations.

    Able to withstand undesirable weather conditions (wind, rain, snow, extreme temperatures up to 115 degrees)

    Adaptable to operational change.

    Other duties as assigned.

    **QUALIFICATIONS**

    Six month successful work experience (unless currently a student).

    Open scheduling availability required, including weekends and holidays.

    Strong customer service and mathematical comprehension, highly desired.

    Displays confidence and competence in fast pace environment.

    Comfortable speaking to the general public.

    **CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES**

    Ability to get an airport badge is required

    Valid driver's license

    **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**

    Lift up to 40lbs

    Physical ability, manual dexterity needed to push/pull a minimum of 75-100lbs

    Stand for long periods of time (up to 10 hours a day).
