    Position Summary:

    As a key member of our team, you will be tasked with utilizing your engineering expertise to interpret, organize, and execute assignments autonomously. Additionally, you will play a crucial role as a technical mentor to junior engineers.


    Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

    - Plan, schedule, and oversee detailed engineering phases within projects
    - Analyze a variety of data to effectively plan projects
    - Execute design computations and project designs to meet client specifications
    - Develop construction cost estimates and engineering documents
    - Manage project sub-consultants and support disciplines
    - Prepare proposals and liaise with clients
    - Ensure project completion within defined timelines and quality standards

    Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities:

    - Undertake any other duties as required

    Required Skills & Experience:

    - Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited program
    - 7-10 years' experience in a specialized discipline
    - Proficiency in design software, Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    - Professional Engineer License
    - Experience working with local clients at county and state levels

    Working Conditions:

    Work primarily takes place in an office environment, with occasional fieldwork. The role may involve standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs. as needed.
