    Pediatric Associate Medical Director

    Children's Specialty Group, in collaboration with the Macon and Joan Brock Institute at Old Dominion University and Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters, seeks a full-time clinical pediatrician to serve as Associate Medical Director of an innovative inpatient pediatric mental health program.

    Children's Specialty Group (CSG) is a physician-owned, multi-specialty practice and the sole provider of pediatric specialty care at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters.

    With 230+ physicians across 29 specialties, CSG is dedicated to high-quality care, academic excellence, and advancing pediatric medicine through education and research.

    • Join an academic group shaping the future of pediatric behavioral health
    • Participate in daily rounds, care planning, and case discussions with a multidisciplinary team
    • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic and evidence-based care
    • Manage varying chronic medical conditions in conjunction with a Psychiatrist on the Psych Med unit
    • Contribute to team hiring, onboarding, and patient care initiatives
    • Hold a faculty appointment with teaching opportunities at the Macon & Joan Brock Institute
    • Provide medical oversight for all patients on all units
