    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.

    RPh on the go is actively searching for a Pharmacy Technician willing to work in El Paso, TX. This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday, second shift. If you are a proficient Pharmacy Technician with recent pharmacy experience and are interested in a new opportunity, apply today

    Duties:

    • Filling prescription items, adhering to State Board of Pharmacy regulations
    • Packaging medications for dispensing and delivery
    • Labeling products appropriately with cautionary or auxiliary labels
    • Participating in periodic inventory counts
    • Checking in drugs and supplies, stocking shelves, and removing expired items
    • Preparing medications, including compounding non-sterile formulations
    • Communicating professionally with internal and external customers
    • Processing returned medications for credit or destruction
    • Assisting in the training of new employees


    Qualifications:

    • Texas Pharmacy Technician License
    • Experience in a pharmacy setting
    • Long Term Care Experience a plus
    • Proficiency in computer operation and medication identification
    • Detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and a team player with effective oral communication skills
