    Description


    Responsible for project management relating to all minor enhancement projects in order management systems, warehouse management systems, and API integration; create detailed business requirements by understanding the operations between supplier and customer, outlining the problems, opportunities, and solutions for the Projects in an Agile environment; assist the Project Manager with budgeting, forecasting, revenue, and resource allocation; responsible for gathering business and technical requirements, which must be discussed with the Application, Integration, Business and Development Teams for further documenting and project planning; architect the interaction between application, database, middle-ware, and external systems in terms of functional and non-functional requirements; document current business procedure, adhering to business process modeling with UML standard diagrams, wireframes, data plans, use cases, user guides, and process ?ows; develop business process models, user stories and product backlogs in JIRA for non-functional and functional requirements; assist in detailed testing of the system including unit testing, integration testing, and API testing with a good understanding of XML/JSON; utilize Business analysis, Supply chain management, Project management, Product management, JIRA, SQL, FMEA, Visio, SWOT, Smartsheet, and Balsamiq to perform duties; assist with coordination and representation of change requests; assist the Test Lead and Functional Lead with overseeing, integrating, and getting clarifications on queries, and coordinate all testing efforts and phases, including the entire solution testing lifecycle; perform UI testing and validate the functionality across different browsers; identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs until closed using JIRA; frequently review the design documents and rules sheets to ensure accuracy and compliance; create technical design document, which describes a solution to a given technical problem, and communicate the technical details of the work to be done to members of the team; analyze system and application needs, and analyze current business practices, user needs, and workflow processes; conduct product testing and communicate the deliverables state to stakeholders; design test cases and lead UAT sessions with clients; facilitate Agile sessions and create JIRA dashboard to analyze the daily tracking; provide support and communication for reported issues in the Live environment; execute feature/regression/Ad hoc testing to ensure software work as expected; and write clear QA documentation on JIRA including test plans, test cases, test progress, risks, and test results.


    Location:
    Romulus, MI and multiple undetermined worksites throughout the US;


    Salary:
    $82,441 per year;


    Education:
    Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Engineering Management, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);


    Training:
    None;


    Experience:
    Two (2) years in the position above, as a Business Analyst, as a Project Manager, or in a related occupation;
