    Our Newest Opportunity:


    The HR Business Partner is a key member of the West and Pacific leadership team and is responsible for planning, directing and delivering Corporate and customized HR services that support regional objectives.

    The HRBP consults with key stakeholders and employees and provides recommendations on strategic HR solutions to improve critical business outcomes.

    The business partner acts as an essential extension of the corporate People and Culture (PAC) team to ensure a unified delivery approach of all people-related practices.

    The HRBP has a matrixed reporting relationship and directly reports to the Corporate Director of HR, but with a close day-to-day working report to the Regional Managing Principals, Managing Principals and other senior leadership within the designated regions.


    Key Deliverables:
    Employee Experience . Lead regional efforts to build on culture and reputation to augment and improve the employee experience for our teammates.


    Strategic Partnership :
    Strategize with regional leadership (client group) to understand our growth strategy and support human capital initiatives to support that effort

    Drive Execution :
    Deploy core HR programs from National HR Team leadership.

    This includes M&A integration plans for newly acquired businesses, 9-block performance management, corporate communications, deploy and run regional internship program, and help develop new in-house training & certification programs.


    Talent :
    Build strategic Human Capital Staffing plan that aligns with the regional growth strategy.

    Develop position profiles to encompass position competencies, interview plans that map to position profiles, instill behavior based interviewing process, and a candidate experience that is admired in the marketplace.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
    General:Contributes to and implements established HR strategy for the regionParticipates in and contributes to the annual planning and goal setting process for the regionPartners with local leadership and corporate People and Culture teams (HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Culture) to drive processes and practices that attract, select, develop and retain highly qualified employeesProvides guidance and mentoring for managers on HR best practicesAssists in the deployment of HR-related systems and processes developed at the corporate levelServes in a generalist capacity to provide functional and technical leadership in all areas of HRServes as a trusted advisor, sounding board and liaison between the region and PAC to ensure corporate services and best practices are aligned with regional needsServes as the initial point of contact for employees and leaders on HR-related issues and works with PAC team when escalation is necessaryServes as an advocate and trusted resource for employeesServes as a trusted partner and advisor for managers, leadership and PAC teamHR and

    Employee Relations:
    Facilitates and oversees the new hire onboarding experience and ensures a smooth integration, partnering with corporate teams as neededProvides guidance, interpretation and compliance of HR policies and proceduresEffectively receives and resolves complex employee-related issues or grievances and applies proper interpretation and application of company policies and state/local employment laws; escalates to local leadership and corporate HR team when neededReviews and analyzes employee trends and data (exit interviews, employee feedback) to identify any recurring people-related issues and provides recommendations to local leadership and PAC team to addressServes as the initial point of contact for employees on benefits-related questionsAdministers local benefits plans (if applicable)

    Oversees employee exit process by conducting exit interviews, termination meetings, and facilitating post-employment paperwork to ensure smooth transitionsTalent Acquisition:
    Source, recruit and hire across a wide range of roles while managing the full life-cycle talent acquisition processParticipate in discussions with regional hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive TA strategyManage key stakeholder relationships, as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of their function, role requirements and desired candidate profilesBuild talent pipelines to fill current and future roles to drive improvements in time to hire and candidate qualityAct as an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador for OneDigital, effectively demonstrating our culture and the Digital Way through all touch-points and communications with potential OneDigital employeesSupport hiring manager coaching and behavioral interview training, as required, to enhance the quality of hiring decisionsManages relationships with approved strategic hiring partners and 3rd party recruitment agenciesQualifications, Skills and Requirements:Ability to garner and foster trust and credibilityAbility to build and maintain strong business partnershipsThorough knowledge of all elements of HR principles, practices and lawsMust be self-motivated and disciplinedServant Leadership mentalityAbility to relate to people of all levels and personalitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to thrive in fast-paced environmentAbility to thrive in a matrixed-reporting environmentAbility to travel within the region and to corporate headquarters in Atlanta when neededEducation, Training and Experience:Bachelor's degree, required; preferably in Human Resource management or related field10+ years' of strategic Human Resources and Talent Acquisition experience, preferred; 7+ years' requiredExperience with Workday software system, highly preferredProfessional HR designation (PHR or SHRM-CP), preferredOther:License not requiredThank you for your interest in joining the OneDigital team#J-18808-Ljbffr
