    Position Overview:

    The Vice President of Finance will play a key role in shaping the financial direction of our company, providing leadership and strategic guidance to ensure financial stability, growth, and profitability. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and results-oriented finance professional with a proven track record of driving financial performance, managing risk, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's growth objectives and maximize shareholder value.
    • Oversee all financial functions, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, and internal controls.
    • Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to senior management and the Board of Directors, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and risk assessment.
    • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational goals.
    • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
    • Drive process improvements and efficiencies in financial operations to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
    • Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Proven track record of driving financial performance and business results in a complex and dynamic environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Experience leading financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
    • Deep understanding of financial systems, processes, and controls, with a focus on driving process improvements and efficiencies.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
