    Description


    Job Title: 3 Axis Mill MachinistLocated: North MinneapolisHours/Shift: 1st shift 6am-4:30pm Mon-ThursWe are seeking a skilled 3 Axis Mill Machinist to join our team.

    The ideal candidate should have experience operating and setting up 3 axis milling machines, and should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

    The 3 Axis Mill Machinist will be responsible for producing high-quality machined parts according to customer specifications, and will be required to perform routine maintenance on the milling machines as needed.


    Responsibilities:

    • Set up and operate 3 axis milling machines to produce highquality machined parts
    • Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements edit CNC programs using G-Code and/or CAM software
    • Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and other accessories as required
    • Monitor machine operation and adjust machine settings as needed to ensure part quality and adherence to specifications
    • Perform routine maintenance on milling machines and other equipment as needed
    • Document all work performed, including measurements, adjustments, and tool changes
    • Work with other team members to troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise
    • Maintain a clean and organized work areaRequirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience operating and Setting up 3 axis milling machines
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
    • Proficiency in using CAM software and/or G-Code programming
    • Experience with setting up and adjusting cutting tools, fixtures, and other accessories
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high
    • quality work
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
