Summary

Work with various departments both corporately and regionally to help facilitate, organize, plan, document and finalize work requirements to support the sales and/or company branding needs through development and management of marketing communication strategies, tactics, and/or creation and implementation of internal and external marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities Include

Develops marketing goals, branding, plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services.

Plans and oversees the organization's advertising and promotion activities.

Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns, and works with writers and artists and oversees copywriting, design, layout, paste-up, and production of promotional materials.

Works with appropriate senior leadership within the strategic budgeting process, prepares marketing budget to fund planned tactics that will attain desired strategic goals, and tracking and adjusting spending to ensure a balanced budget annually.

Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentations to senior management

Resourceful self-starter

Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem solving abilities

Strong organization, planning, and follow-through skills

Team player with highest level of integrity, maturity, and an exceptional work ethic

Excellent PC skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
