• Program furnace controls.
• Operate all heat treat furnaces and equipment.
• Complete all required systems accuracy testing.
• Maintain accurate department records.
• Organize and direct activities on the shift.
• Train others as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and various audit/survey duties as needed.

• Heat treating experience and knowledge of materials and heat treating methods.
• Able to obtain a forklift operator's license.
• Able to operate stacker crane.
• Strong mechanical and leadership aptitude.
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
