Responsibilities
- Supports assists the Community Manager in overseeing managing the financial operational facets of the community by completing accounting bookkeeping tasks preparing monthly closeout financial reports processing invoices for payment collecting rent fees other payments completing bank deposits dispositions account reconciliations operating property management software recording tracking reporting on all financial workings of the community
- Completes daily transactions tasks related to financial operation of community by collecting posting rent fees other payments preparing daily bank deposits reconciling bank accounts preparing financial reports processing invoices payables operating property management software entering required fields correctly updating back ups ensuring integrity system
- Reviews resident files accounting records determining unpaid late fees owed communicates residents regarding outstanding balances implements procedures for collecting delinquencies enforces lease maximizing revenue
- Promotes resident satisfaction retention responding complaints questions requests timely manner taking action resolve address service issues acts onsite supervisor absence Community Manager organizing delegating daily work coordinating maintenance make ready tasks maintenance supervisor managing operation compliance Company policies procedures business practices li>This position requires eligibility commissions quarterly bonus.
