    Our client, a leading financial advisory firm dedicated to providing tailored financial solutions to first responders, is seeking a Jr. Advisor to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to support and empower clients in achieving their long-term financial goals while navigating their unique financial circumstances.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Client Relationship Support: Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with first responder clients, offering support and guidance in their financial journey.
    • Portfolio Assistance: Aid in monitoring and managing client investment portfolios to ensure they align with financial objectives and risk tolerance.
    • Financial Planning Support: Collaborate with clients and senior advisors to develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual goals and needs.
    • Communication Assistance: Support proactive communication efforts by helping to keep clients informed of relevant financial news and updates.
    • Client Advocacy: Assist in addressing client concerns or questions regarding their financial plans or investment strategies, advocating for their interests.
    • Compliance Support: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies in all client interactions and recommendations.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior advisors and support staff to deliver exceptional service and holistic financial solutions to clients.
    • Learning and Development: Engage in continuous learning to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in wealth management.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Series 65 license required.
    • Strong interest in pursuing CFP, CFA, or equivalent certification.
    • Entry-level experience in wealth management or financial advisory role preferred.
    • Basic understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management principles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Dedication to serving the unique needs and interests of first responder clients with integrity and professionalism.
    Compensation
    • $60k with bonus opportunity
