As a CSR, you will prioritize and collaborate with the bank customers inside and outside of the branch by promoting the Bank's products and services. This can include informing the customer of our products benefits and features or acting as an initial contact for referral of the customer to Personal Bankers and other specialized areas of the bank (such as consumer and commercial loans, credit cards etc.), while always projecting a professional and positive presence as a representative of the Bank. Compensation The hourly pay range for this role is $ /hr., commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives and a $416/month stipend. Work Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary) The ideal candidate will have: Associates degree in business and/or equivalent work skills required. A High School diploma, or equivalent is required. Upon acceptance into the position, mandatory completion of FHB CSR School. Must be able to sit, see, hear, speak, walk and use finger dexterity to perform the essential duties of the job Oral and interpersonal communication skills required Must be able to type 35wpm Minimum of two years as a commercial savings teller in a financial institution (i.e., within FHB, minimum two years teller/clerk teller experience) or two years in a retail sales environment selling products and services (CSR I/II). Completion of consumer credit course such as FHB Consumer Credit Training seminar. Must be knowledgeable and capable of accepting consumer credit application (CSR II) Ability to use judgement and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information required PC skills in word processing required Are you interested in learning more about us?
