    Description

    Position Overview:
    The Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structures.

    This role requires a strong foundation in structural engineering principles, proficiency in industry-standard software, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in structural engineering and a passion for creating safe, efficient, and sustainable structures.


    Responsibilities:

    Design and Analysis:
    Develop structural designs and perform detailed analyses for buildings, bridges, and other structures.
    Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS) for structural modeling and analysis.
    Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

    Project Management:
    Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
    Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
    Prepare and review project documentation, including calculations, drawings, and specifications.

    Site Inspections and Assessments:
    Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
    Perform structural assessments and provide recommendations for repairs or modifications.
    Address any construction-related issues or discrepancies promptly.

    Quality Control and Compliance:
    Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of structural designs.
    Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices.
    Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

    Client Interaction:
    Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical expertise.
    Present design concepts and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
    Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
