- According to established protocols, conducts clinical assessment of the patients
- Makes daily patient rounds providing patient care expertise in the postoperative acute
- Possesses extensive knowledge of the pharmacologic effects of vasoactive/cardiotonic
- Well versed in the management of other disease entities frequently encountered in the
- Educates patients
- Interprets clinical results, reports; writes orders in response to results and reports
- Dictates discharge summaries
- Successful completion of an accredited school of Nurse Practitioner.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Florida.
- At least 2 years of related clinical experience.
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
