G Brands is seeking a skilled bilingual recruiter to enhance our expanding team in the vibrant Tampa/St. Pete and Sarasota areas. This role offers the unique opportunity to blend both remote work flexibility and on-site collaboration at our offices in Tampa and Sarasota. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our mission in the cleaning services industry.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that promotes good relationships with customers, clients, co-workers and management
