The only way we are a part of the automotive industry is that our business deals in cars. What will an Automotive Master Technician do?

Perform a wide range of automotive repairs on all makes & models – new & old, with an emphasis on oil changes, mounting tires, and basic repairs.

Review TSB's and other service recommendations and translate to customer needs.
Keep the shop in clean, working order.

Quickly and efficiently perform routine maintenance and service, and identify the cause of defects, and trouble-shoot and repair them using the most optimal solutions and efficiency.

Conferring with Reconditioning Manager and Chief Operations Officer to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems and discussing work to be performed.

Assist other technicians with their skills, providing technical support when needed and monitoring performance and productivity.
Test and adjust required systems to meet manufacturers' performance specifications.

Ensure that the shop is in excellent condition with regard to cleanliness, safety, and equipment condition, and conduct periodic spot checks to maintain high-quality service.

testing components and systems; using equipment such as compression gauges and computerized diagnostic devices.
At least two years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
Computer and smartphone skills.
Up to $10,000 signing bonus (based on experience)
