    Description

    Kearney & Company is searching for an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic ADVANA team. This role is specifically located in the DC Metro area.




    Job Responsibilities:

    • Define technical requirements and implement changes in BI projects.
    • Support the design and development of data models.
    • Develop & maintain data visualizations, charts, and dashboards for end-users.
    • Stay updated with BI product enhancements and best practices, ensuring BI standards are maintained.
    • Optimize system performance through regular assessments and action plans.
    • Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure excellence in objectives and deliverables

    Qualifications Required Qualifications:

    • Must possess Secret clearance or higher
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • Proficiency in database systems, SQL queries, and programming languages like R or Python
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI)
    • 3+ years of experience building complex data models and dashboards
    • Strong communication skills, detail-oriented mindset, and commitment to high-quality outcomes
    • Residency in the DC Metro area with availability to work onsite in Crystal City, VA and Alexandria, VA for 2-3 days per week

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior experience within the DoD or IC sector
    • Previous experience with the ADVANA technology stack
