    SUMMARY

    The Program/Project Manager, PEO Ships amphibious Warfare Office (PMS 377) requires support to assist in executing its responsibility to satisfy current, future, and emerging Navy and Marine Corps needs.

    The mission of PMS 377 is to design, build, outfit, test and sustain/modernize amphibious ships, and to provide for maintenance, requirements analysis, and emerging program formation support.


    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Serve as the project manager for the Program Management/Administrative/Business Financial Management/Cost Estimating Team.
    Responsible for the delivery of timely, high quality and accurate deliverables.
    Responsible for assisting the PM/Program Office with acquisition, financial management, production, and delivery.

    Assists team members with proper training in their duties, as well as pertinent program databases and systems, in order to support PMS 377.

    Requirements
    Bachelors degree in engineering or business management discipline
    15 years of professional experience in the Program Management and/or Defense Acquisition field
    Secret Security Clearance

    PREFERRED
    Masters degree in engineering or business management discipline
    15 years DoD/Navy in program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management

    Experience with:
    DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process); Naval Science and Technology (S&T) Strategies and Future Naval Capabilities (FNC) programs; Foreign Military Sales
