    Integritus Healthcare is a long-term Care, Senior Living, and Housing company located in the Berkshires with locations throughout Massachusetts. Integritus Healthcare lives its core values of integrity, compassion, teamwork, excellence, and stewardship. We are looking for a Clinical Liaison to join our team. This position has a competitive salary as well as a prime benefit package. This is a remote position. This is Per Diem


    DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Primarily responsible for referral source and census development for Integritus Healthcare facilities including the development of effective business partnerships with facility-based teams and key accounts creating partnerships that create and sustain referral results.


    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: (Minimum qualifications) – will be considered required unless specifically stated otherwise)

    1. Experience: Successful experience of 2-5 years in a healthcare setting or healthcare sales setting, preferably LTC related
    2. Education and Training: (Acquired through formal education, outside study, training on jobs of lesser degree, or by any combination of these. May be expressed in terms of formal educational equivalents): BS or MSW Social Work, LPN, RN or BSN, with 2 - 5 years working experience in long term care.
    3. License, Certification & Registration: Current license as RN, BSN, LPN or Social Worker required.
    4. Other Requirements: Experience in sales or business development, a basic understanding of commercial insurance, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. Referral Coordination Basic computer experience with Microsoft.
