Job Overview
This position will be responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of the companys financial operations including Accounting, Tax, Budgeting, Controlling and Treasure.
Responsibilities
Conduct an examination of financial figures associated with lounge operations, focusing on areas such as income, expenses, and overall profitability.
Manage relations and negotiations with financial institiutions for financing requirements
Track and analyze financial results compared to budgeted forecasts.
Implement strategies for prudent budget management and cost containment.
Collaborate in creating financial strategies and projections for the lounge services sector.
Offer financial insights that aid in driving the growth and expansion of the business.
Oversee and manage the complete set of financial accounts for the organization.
Provide support in the preparation of monthly financial reports and analyses, including consolidated financial statements.
Qualifications
Minimum requirement:
Bachelor's degree
Preferred:
Master's degree (Finance or Economics; and CPA certification. CMA a plus.)
Experienced in Budget and Financial Reporting and chart of accounts
Have up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation (preferably)
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of finance experience.
Must have experience fostering relationships with financial institutions.
Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Above average understanding of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other analytical software. Oracle is a plus.
