    Job Responsibilities :


    The Influencer Marketing Specialist is responsible of helping Razer identify, build and maintain relationships with industry partners, influencers, and other content creators within the gaming, lifestyle, and other relevant industries.

    Manage communications and relationships between potential partners, agencies and influencers with internal stakeholders to create opportunities for brand building, social growth and fan engagementNegotiate and maintain influencer partnership contracts and manage deliverables and paymentsInfluencer and talent scouting to meet Razer's marketing needsManage influencer outreach and product seeding initiativesCoordinate with internal and external teams and offer influencer and partnership support to wider organizational marketing effortsPlan and develop regional and global engaging, timely, and relevant content across multiple social media channels, including events coverageBe the Razer community ambassador that engages with fans and partners at events and/or tradeshowsCoordinate the setup for production of influencer content (studio, office, and/or events)

    Analyze metrics from influencer media campaigns to optimize future campaigns Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting of team and channel performance data and make strategic suggestions for improvementEnsure that influencer campaigns and results meet objectives and budgetOther duties as assignedPre-Requisites :

    Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or PRMinimally 2 years of experience in building and managing social media accounts for a brand1+ years of business development and partnerships experienceGreat communication and influence skills, as well as experience in educating others on social media best practicesUnderstanding of social media best practices, online marketing, and engagement techniquesExperience in the use of social media management and analytical tools/software and editorial content calendaringAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on generating business resultsAbility to work with global teams across multiple culturesAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple activities at the same timeGamer and gaming knowledge is requiredTalent management experience is preferredComfortable presenting on camera and in front of live audiencesSalary Ranges (per annum):$50, $84,500.
