- Support a high-performance, high-care culture that prioritizes speed and efficacy in achieving results through member integration, programming, and development.
- Assist in developing the fitness expertise of all Crunch team members.
- Achieve new client acquisition and existing client retention goals for the club.
- Administer the CrunchOne Kickoff experience by demonstrating, coaching, and guiding to attract personal training clients.
- Generate personal training client leads and new clients for the team.
- Counsel and guide members using the 4 Pillars of Fitness in line with their objectives.
- Ensure precise administration of PT services including dotFIT program, supplements, client programming, and progress tracking.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to member inquiries promptly.
- Report key results and action plans to the General Manager and Personal Training Manager.
- Attend mandatory meetings/trainings for PT staff.
- Maintain accurate time clock and personal training session records for labor controls.
- 1-2 years of personal training experience preferred.
- CPR/AED certification required.
- Prior management experience overseeing a team preferred.
- Experience in executing plans and managing KPIs.
- Demonstrate integrity and judgment that fosters trust.
- Basic understanding of fitness industry, market, and key business drivers.
- Certification required in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications.
- Capable of lifting or moving 50 lbs.
- Physical effort needed for daily tasks including lifting weights, squatting, bending, etc.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- PTO.
