    Dallas Mechanical or ElectricalFrom Dallas, who has client contactsJOB DESCRIPTIONResponsible to Market, develop, hire and manage the growth of Infinity MEPs design office in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX.Reports to David Sinz PE the president of the companyResponsible for office profitabilityAssist in developing the San Antonio, Houston and Austin markets as necessary.

    Coordinate growth and project opportunities with other offices and their Directors.
    Responsible for proposals, recruitment and management of staff to support all engineering and administration operations for the Austin office.
    Responsible for the design, specifications, calculation, sizing and selection of MEP systems and equipment.
    Attend meetings with clients and represent Infinity MEP Consultant in a professional manner.
    Promote Infinitys sister HUB company Prestige Engineer to obtain project that require HUB participation.
    Coordinate all systems with project team members architects, structural engineers and civil engineers.
    Review drawings and specifications and maintain quality of Infinity MEPs work product.
    Participate in the leadership team for Infinity MEP and assist in the development of its policies and culture.
    Lead and participate in meetings clients, state agencies, city agencies, utility service representatives and project teams.

    Make sure office is getting projects completed on time and within client budgetsDeliver projects in compliance with client and company quality control procedures and engineering guidelinesOversee project teams in an active production roleOversee preparation of project specificationsOversee that the office is providing quality work that promotes client retentionEducation | Experience:

    Minimum QualificationsMinimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical EngineeringLicensed Professional Engineer in TX, multi- state licensure a plusLEED Certification15+ years experience in engineering consulting including experience with clients and management.

    A thorough understanding of mechanical building codes and construction standards.

    Strong understanding of DDC controls and controls design and operationComputer proficiency in applications within MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, and Energy ModelingExcellent writing and oral communication skills required.

    Ability to understand and communicate complex problems and to collaborate with others to explore alternative solutionsEstimate Salary Range $120,000 to $150,000#J-18808-Ljbffr
