Position Overview:

Join us at Vernon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center We are hiring Part-Time and PRN Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), Occupational Therapists (OT), and Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA) to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to residents' needs and goals.
Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve functional abilities, communication skills, and independence.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.
Document treatment progress accurately and communicate effectively with residents, families, and caregivers.
Adhere to regulatory guidelines and uphold professional standards of practice in rehabilitation therapy.
Qualifications:
Valid licensure or certification in the respective discipline (PT, PTA, SLP, OT, OTA).
Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with residents and team members.
Capacity to work collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare environment.
