Clinical ManagerLocation: Golden Valley, MNSalary: $120,000 - $140,000 AnnuallySchedule: Full Time Monday-Friday with weekend rotationWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical manager to oversee the provision of high-quality home care services to our clients throughout our 21-county service area A successful candidate will be responsible for managing the clinical staff and ensuring that all aspects of care is delivered to the highest possible standards.
A component of this role will be to develop and implement staff training and development programs that promote ongoing professional growth and skill-building.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the clinical team and ensure that all staff are trained and competent in their roles.
Develop and implement training programs for clinical staff, including orientation, ongoing education, and continuing education.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve the quality of care.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the delivery of care.
Provide leadership and support to staff in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care.
Foster a positive and professional work environment for staff and clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or related field is preferredCurrent and valid Minnesota nursing license is required.3-5 years of clinical management experience in home care or a related field is preferredExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience in staff development and training.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in home care.
