    A role you will love:


    As a Technical Analyst, you'll be part of a cross-functional Agile delivery team which creates customer-oriented solutions aligned to the overall Computershare and Technology strategy and values.

    You will perform technical analysis and administrative tasks to assist with the enhancement and maintenance of applications managed by the Originations team.


    Other key responsibilities include:


    Looking at industry trends and customer feedback to brainstorm new featuresObtaining appropriate buy-in for difficult decisions and solving complex issues, especially when there is not agreement among stakeholders, knowing how to negotiate and when necessary to escalate to leadershipEffectively manage risks associated with projects and the scrum teamEnsure the craftsmanship, security, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions developed by the teams or third-party providersIdentify and recommend opportunities for developing product functional and technical strategies for the domains, as well as the development of actionable short and long-term product roadmaps, by partnering with business product managers, lead systems architects, and engineersProviding informal guidance and sharing knowledge with colleagues to enable them to contribute to the team's objectivesSupporting the evaluation and resolution of technical challenges and blockers to minimize their impact on the team's delivery and supported productsIdentifying and supporting improvements and innovation in technologies and practices within your team that would benefit the business e.g., efficiency in the software development process or improved customer experienceCommunicating effectively with a variety of technical and non-technical audiences to share knowledge and ideas; provide updates; influence; challenge; and take on feedbackWhat will you bring to the role?We are looking for someone who has a true passion and commitment to learning and development in the field of technical analysis.

    You will also bring:


    A minimum of 2 years of Technical Analyst experience, or equivalent, including experience in writing technical design documentsProven ability to manage process discovery, process modeling, and process improvement activitiesAgile and ADO experience in large, regulated organizationsBonus points if you have:Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SalesDegree in Computer Science / IT, or related disciplineRelevant Technical Analysis courses, certifications, or qualificationsTransformative mindset with understanding of application integration, microservices and resiliency design principlesProven experience utilizing SDLC tools such as Git, ADO, Jira, etc.
