    • Academic Excellence: A GPA of 3.3/4 or higher is required. We welcome graduates from all academic backgrounds.
    • Eligibility to Work: You must have the right to work in the US; please note that we cannot provide visa sponsorship.
    • Analytical Skills: If you enjoy solving complex problems and can break them down into manageable tasks, we want you Your critical thinking skills will greatly benefit our projects.
    • Strong Communication: Clear and effective communication is essential in change management. We appreciate those who can articulate ideas well, whether in discussions, updates, or written form.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Starting Salary: $52,500, with potential for increased earnings after your first year.
    • Paid Time Off: You will start with 12 days of PTO, increasing by one additional day for each subsequent year with us.
    • Health Coverage: Grayce covers 75% of the Medical Bronze package and 50% of the Vision and Dental Silver Package.
    • 401(k) Plan: For every 1% you contribute to your 401(k), Grayce matches with 0.5% (up to a maximum of 7% employee contribution).
