    The Supervisor, Practice Operations provides the day to day supervision in assigned patient services areas, financial management and facility adequacy of their assigned areas.

    The position maintains optimal communication and collaboration between practice staff, physicians, administration, and external customers to ensure service delivery that exceeds the needs and expectations of customer bases towards service excellence.

    Ability to plan and manage the utilization of resources. Ability to facilitate and lead work groups. Ability to interpret and apply the organization policies and procedures. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to promote teamwork and build effective relationships. Ability to work independently, take initiative and meet objectives. A high level of interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills. Prepares as necessary and assigned, written reports and proposals, and other documents. Maintains and ensures completion of all mandatory in-services. Consistently meets Customer Service & Service Excellence Standards. Maintains compliance standards in accordance with the Compliance policies and the Code of Conduct. Reports compliance problems appropriately. Knowledge in business applications. Associates degree in health care administration, business, or related degree preferred and 2 plus years related experience required. Primary Care experience preferred.
