    HOURLY RATE RANGE

    $21.25 to $23.00 per hour

    HUSTLER's E-Commerce Division is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. The successful applicant must be comfortable with adult content.

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
    • Must have experience with Freshworks, Shopify, Shipstation, Netsuite, and Celigo
    • Requires recent heavy volume phone experience in a customer service capacity
    • Customer service/public relations, telecommunications and data terminal experience also preferred
    • Sales experience is a must
    • Must also have strong verbal and written communication skills, basic math, reading, writing, and organizational skills and problem solving capabilities with strong initiative.
    • Must have pleasant personality and telephone manner and be capable of working independently
    • Typing speed of 35 WPM is required
    • Strong critical thinking and problem resolution skills required
    • Must be able to toggle back and forth between multiple windows, while performing accurate data entry
    • Bilingual (English and Spanish) speaker is a plus

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Receive high volume of incoming phone calls, voice-mail messages, and emails and respond to inquiries in a manner which meets high quality, productivity and other performance standards
    • Sell, cross-sell, and up-sell merchandise in accordance with company requirements and customer needs
    • Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines.
    • Escalate unresolved complaints in a timely and effective manner, in accordance with escalation guidelines
    • Attempt to troubleshoot customers' service problems
    • Use online support tools and systems to obtain information and to help resolve issues. Update and track all cases.
    • Project professionalism to customers and work cooperatively with team members and management in accordance with code of conduct and other employee policies
    • Assist with order fulfillment as needed
    • Process mail-orders and returns as needed
    • Other duties as assigned
