Job Summary
The Advanced Practice Mobile Provider delivers comprehensive primary healthcare services to a diverse patient population.Responsibilities include providing high-quality health care services, educating patients about their diagnosis and treatment, completing electronic medical record entries in a timely manner,
- Accessing clients in a timely courteous manner
- Evaluating clients for necessary procedures such as suturing toenail removal staple removal foreign body removal
- ,rotating call for emergencies communicating necessary information to the medical director regarding operational suggestions participating in quality improvement programs peer review audits continuing education protocols procedures
Maintaining knowledge of policies related to client service compliance with health department regulations participation in community relations representing Adelante Healthcare addressing groups regarding AHC services attending monthly provider meetings staff training collaborating with clinical personnel contributing coverage for other Adelante sites performing additional duties requested by Medical Director Chief Clinical Officer maintaining environment supporting engaging patients coworkers wellness improving outcomes adherence Compliance Code Conduct reporting conduct violating legal compliance requirements performance evaluation
